This Privacy Policy describes how Capsule BH Jerusalem ("we", "us", "our", or "Capsule BH") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information of guests, prospective guests, and website visitors. The hotel is located at 31 Jaffa Street, Jerusalem, Israel.

By making a reservation, contacting us, or sending us a message via WhatsApp, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

4. WhatsApp Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to communicate with guests. When you message us on WhatsApp or provide your WhatsApp number during booking, your phone number, name, and message content are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited under their own privacy terms, in addition to ours.

WhatsApp is used by us only for:

• Booking confirmations and reservation details.
• Pre-arrival check-in instructions and access codes.
• Responding to questions during your stay.
• Post-stay feedback (with the option to opt out at any time).

ⓘ We do not use WhatsApp for unsolicited marketing or sell phone numbers to third parties. You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

We share data only with parties necessary to operate the hotel:

• Booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) — when you book through them.
• Payment processors — to charge your reservation.
• Meta / WhatsApp — for messaging services.
• Government authorities — when required by Israeli law.

We retain reservation and identity records for the period required by Israeli tax and hospitality law (typically 7 years). WhatsApp message history is kept for up to 24 months for service quality. You may request earlier deletion (see §8).
