Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your booking and stay at Capsule BH Jerusalem, located at 31 Jaffa Street, Jerusalem, Israel 9695241 ("the Hotel", "we", "us"). By making a reservation, contacting us, or using our website and WhatsApp service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Reservations & Payment

• Reservations may be made via Booking.com, our website, by email, or via WhatsApp.
• Rates and availability are subject to change until a confirmation is issued.
• Payment terms (full prepayment or on arrival) depend on the rate selected at booking.
• Prices include VAT for Israeli residents; foreign passport holders may be eligible for VAT exemption per Israeli tax law.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 15:00 – 23:59. Late arrivals must coordinate in advance.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book independently.

4. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation terms are specified in your confirmation email and follow the policy of the channel through which you booked. No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.

5. House Rules

• No smoking inside the hotel (including capsules and shared areas). Violation may result in a cleaning fee.
• No pets allowed.
• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused to the hotel property.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for misconduct.

6. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your WhatsApp number when booking or messaging us, you consent to receive service-related WhatsApp messages including:

• Booking confirmations and reservation details.
• Pre-arrival check-in instructions.
• Replies to your inquiries.
• Optional post-stay feedback (you may opt out).

7. Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings beyond the limits set by Israeli law. We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events. Always lock your locker and keep valuables secured.

9. Website Use

The content on capsulebh.com — text, images, logos — is the property of Capsule BH or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Booking forms and inquiries on the website are provided in good faith; no contract is formed until we confirm the reservation in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jerusalem.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
